Is Excel Packaging an independent packaging company?

Yes, Excel Packaging has been an independent supplier and manufacturer of corrugated packaging products since 2006. We are proudly South Australian and family owned.

Can I discuss my packaging needs with a representative?

Yes, Excel Packaging has an experienced sales team that can visit you at your premises. Please call our office on 08 8347 1000, and we will have one of the sales team visit you at a time that is convenient to you.

What type of cartons can you produce?

Excel can produce a wide variety of standard conventional cartons, dividers or completely die-cut designs. Head over to the Styles or Gallery page to see more.

How many colours can you print?

The general answer is three. However, should you require more than 3 please contact one of our friendly customer service team to discuss your requirements.

What is the minimum order quantity I can buy?

The minimum order quantity on custom made cartons is dependent on the size of the carton, as well as the method of manufacturing. However, we always offer an alternative quantity that may be more economical.

How long would it take to supply a custom made carton?

Depending on your requirements, a plain custom made carton could be produced within 6-8 working days. However, if you need a carton urgently we are always up for a challenge, and pride ourselves on being responsive to our customers’ needs.

How long does it take to get a quotation?

Once our sales staff have all your packaging specifications it normally takes 48 hours for us to respond with a quote, dependent on the complexity of the design. All quotes are supplied with no obligation to purchase.

Can I get a sample carton?

Yes, to ensure your product fits within the carton we always produce a sample prior to any new production runs.

Do you have standard size cartons?

Yes, we have a few standard size cartons on floor, including A4s, A3s, moving boxes and a variety of stock 12Pk Stand Up wine cartons to fit the most common bottles.

Can you arrange delivery or can I use my own transport?

For deliveries around Adelaide and South Australia we have our own fleet of trucks, for all other areas we use regional transport partners. Please contact us if you would like to collect or use your own preferred transport company.

What types of payment do you accept?

For customers who are going to order frequently we can offer a 30-day commercial trading account. However, if you prefer, you can pay via direct deposit, cheque, or a variety of credit cards (service fees apply).
